Responsible for short listing and scheduling interviews including coordination ,salary negotiation and generation of offer letters.
Joining and exit formalities.
Employee relations and other tasks related to HR operations.
Issuing appointment order, relieving and experience letters, salary certificates, transfer letters and other documents pertaining to HR.
General Administration, Absenteeism, Employee Grievances.
Responsible for Performance Management of all employees
Should have excellent communication skills.
Minimum qualifications : B.SC / B.COM / B.A / M.B.A
Experience Required : 2 to 3 Years
